The cookies here are delicious and buttery, whether you prefer simple ones or cookie sandwiches. They also offer frozen cookies for you to enjoy later. Additionally, they serve coffee drinks. The owner is friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better.

We wanted to check out local vegan spots and luckily got in touch with Zach from Guerilla Bizkits. He was honestly one of the most genuine and nice people I have ever met. Unfortunately Ali was out of town, but their bizkits are a god send. Absolutely delicious. While we were in town Zach gave us a tour of sweet places in Nashville which include other vegan spots. I cannot recommend Guerilla Bizkits enough and the hard work that they put in not only in their food, but the community. Guerilla Bizkits best bizkit in Nashville. When they began it was delivery and lo... read more Starting off as a post-Tornado early pandemic delivery service, Guerilla Bizkits makes flavorful vegan southern biscuits. When they began it was delivery and local distribution only, I always kept some in the freezer to bake when the craving called. Now a year later, they've opened their own shop! These two pour a lot of love and work into every creative endeavor they take on. It's very exciting to see the vegan community in Nashville growing with a much needed staple like big vegan southern biscuits. All the flavors are excellent but I do love the straight edge flavor—you just can't go wrong with the classic.
