What User doesn't like about Fuse Sports:
The experience was just average. The service was slow and the staff had a poor attitude. Two beers cost $17.50, which felt a bit steep. On the positive side, the ambiance was beautiful and there were plenty of TVs to enjoy. However, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall, it was disappointing. View all feedback.
4/20/2023: Higher end bar inside Opryland Resort. The service was fantastic and the drinks were great. It is located near the Magnolia area which is perfect for ride share drop off/pick up prior to The Grand Ole Opry show. That’s what we did. The bar has its own restroom. They make a mean old fashion! $67, before tip, for 3 glasses of wine and an old fashion, but that is to be expected for higher end. No regrets.
Updated Review 8/13/23: I had the Potato Soup and Soft Pretzel Sticks…. Delicious! The service was good, the food came out fast, and it was a great place to watch sports! Fun place to eat if you are staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.———————————————————————— Original Review: Great service. Delicious food. The Mozzarella Sticks were good. The Hummus was delicious. The Caesar Salad with Carne Asada Skirt Steak was unbelievable!!! Mmmm!!! No shortage of TVs to watch sports. They are everywhere!!! I highly recommend Fuse Sports Bar in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
Do not come here unless you want terrible food and a lying staff that overcharges. The website clearly states that the cost of the item that we ordered was $6. They charged us $8 per item (times 5 items). We didn’t realize this at first because the server didn’t provide an itemized bill with our check. We waited 15 minutes to get her attention to get the itemized bill. When we told her the issue, first she claimed that there was an extra tax built into the price of the item, but not displayed (not legal). The actual tax (not what she was claiming) was shown on the itemized bill. Then we waited 15 minutes for a “manager” to come over. The manager then claimed that it was a “resort tax” added to the price (but not listed on the bill). I told her that’s not legal. She then claimed the website price was just wrong and refused to correct it. After telling her we would contact the resort’s general manager she finally decided to deduct the incorrect amount from the bill. It’s not even the money. It’s the principal of it and the deceitful behavior (from not providing an itemized receipt in the first place to multiple different lies in the cover up). As business owners ourselves, we are disgusted by this. We won’t be back,
When I go to the Opryland hotel, I always have drinks or dinner at fuse. The waiters are cool. If you get time, stop by. It was me and my 2 nieces. Our meal came up to $98Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair friendly. Yes, vegetarian options.
Let's get right to what's working well for this bar located in the Gaylord.Works well: the bar is open late, there's tables outside the bar, decent menu for food and drinksCould be better: service can be super slow at the bar or at a table, check your receipts (got overcharged initially)If you're a late owl, this could be your joint. Bring the patience of Job when you visit.
