Despite some issues with service and specific dishes, many patrons found the overall experience enjoyable and delicious, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere was described as bustling and engaging, with a focus on vegan and vegetarian options that were well-received. In conclusion, the restaurant offers a diverse menu with both hits and misses, but overall provides a satisfying culinary experience for visitors to Nashville.
I ate a late lunch here. started with the truffle roasted flower cabbage, split an etched salad that was well dimensioned. we had the Indian chicken spices,) the tender, crispy catfish with a low-heavy and the aubergine roar. we finished with the chocolate and sprout mousse and the Matcha-Tee-Meringue. everything was great. the huh has a kick, so be ready.
Immersed for lunch as it was close and pleasantly surprised. The employees were aware of the vegan diet and let me know what could be changed. It was a beautiful place and honestly cheaper than I expected to be in a tourist area. Doesn't feel alcohol, but got a delicious **** (cubber and mint fizz).
The staff was about the vegan diet and a wonderful meal! I told them I was vegan because the menu is vegetarian.
Food and the menu itself was not vegan friendly. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the willingness of the server to offer grilled tofu (a dinner option, but no lunch option) as a sub for meat in dishes. The server was also vegan by modifying my meal. I rated this place 4 because my salad was very, very good. The tofu could use some work, but I was grateful to have it as an option, although it is not on the menu. I would definitely go back.
Our server was well versed in vegan-speak so she was able to help us order. Our group of 6 ordered several apps, sides, a salad, and 4 orders of the Tempura Tofu as the entree. We visited several vegan restaurants in Nashville so I can safely say that the Tofu Tempura was the best dish I had over my 4 day vacation.
