The highly creative cook at etc. does not miss to expand our range with its exciting, well developed taste profiles. not only “Fleisch und taters. ‘
This hidden gem is a must try. Nestled on a cozy corner in Green Hills, the ambiance was inviting, elegant and relaxing. The wait staff was very accommodating and friendly. The duck sausage and ganache appetizer melded flavors of mango with side salsas and created a dance for the senses. We enjoyed an espresso panna cotta for dessert which donned merengue cookies, pistachios and crème. The menu has something for everyone and can be modified to suit your needs. (Alllergies, etc. My husband is a chef with a background in French and Latin cuisine and we were both impressed with the melange of textures and flavors. The food is a work of art and the entire culinary experience was an unexpected delight. Etc. is now one of our favorites in Nashville.
One of the best places to eat in Nashville and definitely the best in Green Hills
This is truly one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The menu is intriguing and diverse, featuring items that aren't even listed online. Each dish includes so many thoughtful components that enhance the experience with every bite. I was amazed at how many creative touches could be found on a single plate, all working harmoniously together. The banana curry and rhubarb chutney were standout elements—flavors I never knew I was missing until I tried them here! The fresh, healthy, and earthy aromas made the meal even more enjoyable. The chicken breasts were not your typical preparation; they were light, not greasy at all, and paired perfectly with apples and bacon. I highly recommend trying this place. The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive. I have only praise and no complaints; it was an unforgettable experience at Etc.!
During a brief visit to Nashville, we made it a priority to dine at Ect. after reading glowing reviews. Our expectations were high, and the food exceeded them. The Korean bistro salad was wonderfully balanced and inventive, while I highly recommend the curry vegetable pasta and pork roll. Our server was prompt and friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with him. We will definitely return!
