The wait staff was very accommodating and friendly. The duck sausage and ganache appetizer melded flavors of mango with side salsas and created a dance for the senses. We enjoyed an espresso panna cotta for dessert which donned merengue cookies, pistachios and crème. The menu has something for everyone and can be modified to suit your needs. (Alllergies, etc. My husband is a chef with a background in French and Latin cuisine and we were both impressed with the melange of textures and flavors. The food is a work of art and the entire culinary experience was an unexpected delight. Etc. is now one of our favorites in Nashville.

Our expectations were high, and the food exceeded them. The Korean bistro salad was wonderfully balanced and inventive, while I highly recommend the curry vegetable pasta and pork roll. Our server was prompt and friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with him. We will definitely return!

The broccoli side dish was simply the best broccoli I've ever tasted—full of flavor and perfectly cooked! My party ordered several duck dishes, and each one was incredible. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I personally had the pork belly, and it was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly flavorful, and all the textures came together in perfect harmony. To top it all off, the lemon tart dessert was simple yet delightful, with just the right balance of tartness and sweetness. Overall, every aspect of our visit was outstanding! The service was stellar, the food was fantastic, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. I will definitely be back!
