Update* Games have gone up in price as well as the food but the food quality has definitely been stepped up with the new menu! Still a fun place to come as we always hit up half off games on Wednesdays. Even then they have updated pricing and have increased chip cost. Definitely plan ahead. Games are always fun, food is mediocre but staff is always kind and helpful. View all feedback.
What Adam doesn't like about Dave Buster's:
Dave and Busters is always a fun time.. however.. $3 per card, the cost to purchase credits, the amount of credits to play a game, the number of tickets issued by games, and the number of tickets to get a prize are greatly imbalanced. We spent quite a bit of money, did pretty well on the games, and walked away with very little. As one of the last major arcades, please ruin the player experience by being cheap. View all feedback.
Waiting entirely to long for waitresses and bar tenders and the place was not busy at all.....
I asked for a low top table and the hostess pointed to barstool seat and high top and asked is this okay? I informed her no, I requested. Low top for a reason. She argued they seat in sections and the section with low tops wasn 't available. I advised her I had an ADA need and was seated in a low top table. The gentleman who waited in us was very kind. My son wanted plain buttered pasta they were willing to do that but said they had to charge me for the chicken pasta meal &20.99 my son got the kids tenders and fries (disappointed but not surprised). I had the prime rib cooked to a perfect medium rare, sadly the asparagus were overly salted as were the potatoes. This is a hard one to review because the hostess was a 0 star so I 'm rating service based on our waiter alone. We ate here after the Opry let out BUT there were not busy at all...which might have been a clue.
Everything is great except for the bowling, the lines are pretty bad the are too dry and you cannot curve the ball and you cannot slide other than that you will have a good time
I’ve visited Dave and Busters many times, and every time I was there it was great. Tonight I decided to order fried chicken strips, they were cooked real hard and had an old burnt cooking oil taste. I drove from Clarksville for my grandsons 5th birthday celebration, and my chicken was horrible. I sent it back the first time and they were suppose to cook me some more. I think they sent the same chicken back out to me. It wasn’t good at all. I’d really like a refund, because I couldn’t even eat it with that hard crunchy, salty, cooked in old cooking old taste. I’m disappointed
