I want to express the wonderful customer service I received today. This team was extremely attentive, efficient and got people in and out with the patient care. I couldn’t ask for their names because they were so busy! WOW! The food was also very fresh and warm. So delicious. I hope Dairy Queen realizes the team they are here is exceptional. They closed the food 15 minutes before closing (which I’ve never encountered here before) and then shut off the lights with customers inside ten min before closing and locked the doors so no one else could come in. Staff should take out their headphones, pay attention, and run the establishment in a way that retains customers instead of running them off. I’ll drive to a further location before I’ll ever come back to this one for convenience.
Website said they opened at 11:00 I arrived at 11:22 when I walked in they were still putting the chairs down in their little dining room area I stood there for a couple of minutes looking at the menu when I decided what I wanted I walked to the register and was rudely informed that if I wanted food I would have to wait because they weren't open yet! so of course instead of waiting I got in my car and drove 15 minutes to another location. Nolensville Road location is a little further for me but I will gladly do that to avoid ever setting foot in the store again
To make matters worse, my dad ordered a chocolate-dipped cone but was given a chocolate ice cream cone instead, and when he asked for a correction, the staff refused to help. At one point, the girl making my Blizzard asked if it was mine, then turned away and concealed what she was doing while giggling with her coworkers. After mixing it again, she handed it to me dismissively. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had, and I don't think anyone should be allowed to work there with such poor service and hygiene practices.
Just ok. Good food, but slow service. No drive thru.
Went for free cone day. It was packed, but the staff handled it great
