Food was great! It was a bit busy but that's expected being by the mall. The floor was super slick though like they haven't mopped with proper cleaner in a bit. And everyone there looked miserable but they were still nice! View all feedback.
What Kel Mikel doesn't like about Chuy's:
The food was quite good, and our server did an excellent job. However, the hostess was extremely rude. She had black and white hair and was wearing a cap. When she escorted us to our table, she slammed down the menus and silverware, causing some of the silverware to fall on the floor. Despite seeing it happen, she simply turned and walked away without saying a word. We had to ask for silverware twice. View all feedback.
Beautiful atmosphere in this restaurant! the waitress was fast and kept our drinks up. the food was original, delicious and well distributed. I loved the jalepeno ranch dip, which was served with our free chips and dive!
If you want REAL Mexican food, go here! Everything they have is delicious. They refer to the food as TexMex, I refer to it as authentic Mexican/ Spanish food. It's very well worth the drive, and of course the food. They have type best mojito as well.
One of the best food options here at the Opry mall, excluding the fast food in the food court. It was our first time here, and were seated quickly, even though it was incredibly busy. Food was delicious and came out timely. The decoration within the building was very stylish and cool. Will definitely return the next time we come to this mall! A wonderful place to feel the Mexican vibes and dig into cheesy-creamy enchiladas n chimichangas. Try their molten lava dessert with ice cream. Weekends r too busy, if u wanna sit n relax n enjoy try it in weekdays.
Food was good, the portions for the burritos were larger than expected. Was disappointed in the red chili sauce, it added great flavor but the kick I was looking for wasn't there. I am more disappointed in myself for not going with the green sauce. Next time I'll get the green sauce.
