Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I loved my avocado toast and the delicious coffee. One of my guests wasn't so keen on the egg breakfast didn't particularly like the way the eggs were scrambled (seemed more omelet like to her0. However, we had a lovely time and could visit comfortably over our meal. View all feedback.
What MattM doesn't like about Church And Union Nashville:
We went on a Saturday evening so we expected it to be busy but were surprised at how loud...we basically had to yell to hear each other. Our server was amazing and helpful. We started with the shrimp and fried green tomatoes. I don't know what the gravy is on the shrimp but I could eat that as a meal! The hummus and chips were incredible, too! Our party got the fried chicken, crab cake, and a steak. The chicken was v... View all feedback.
Good and Bad things about Dream Nashville!!!GOODAll the staff were wonderful from the valets, front desk, coffee shop and the restaurant.Drinks in the bar delicious.Rooms were very niceBADStayed three nights….our room was never cleaned despite hanging the sign on the door to be cleaned each day.Ordered room service coffee and it was cold. There was chunks of hard pretzels on our floor right off the elevator for the three nights we were there. It was never cleaned up.My husband tried to have desserts, champagne and beer delivered to our room for the birthday girl we were celebrating and it took him 5 phone calls and multiple emails over two days both with the Hyatt company and the Dream front desk for us to get them delivered to our room. This was after they lied to him and said we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our room so they wouldn’t deliver it. It took him texting me to ask therefore ruining his surprise to us) that he wanted to have something delivered to the room but the sign was on. I told him no it wasn’t, so the front desk person went up to check and confirmed that the sign wasn’t on the door.Though the rooms are nice, they are small and lack amenities. I have stayed at many hotels in downtown Nashville and this was definitely not worth the price overall compared to other hotels. We still had a wonderful time because the trip was all about friendship so we definitely made the most of it.
Probably the worst Hotel I 've visited in 33 years! The only positive is that it is somewhat central downtown. But, if this is important to you pick another one not directly off printers alley. The clubs directly below run till 2:30am ever night and is crazy loud even on the 6th floor. Besides this the Managment charged an unauthorized charge for facillity and fees for each night! This is after the booking website we used stated all fees and taxes included. Further, the charge was processed without signature...Stay here if you like overpaying, insomnia, and getting double charged!
Cat at the Parlour Bar is amazing! Go see her for the PERFECT espresso martini and great conversations. Local recommendations and again great conversations.
The Dream Hotel in Nashville was absolutely incredible! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Paula at reception and Andee and Nolan at valet. Not only were the rooms spacious and clean but there are many bonus features to the hotel including a lit brunch spot and a late night taco spot in Printers Alley. 10/10 would recommend!
Fastest elevators! Clean neat room, very pleasant staff and cafe personnel. All was as I would expect. I like the hotel, and the location. Lots of other restaurants and close to action. I would stay again.
