Contribute FeedbackA recent visit to a Chinese restaurant in Nashville left a lot to be desired, with burnt and cold food, disappointing service, and what seemed to be a lack of cleanliness. On the other hand, some customers were pleasantly surprised by excellent takeout options, fresh food, and prompt delivery service, giving high praise to favorites like crab Rangoon and egg rolls. While some had mixed feelings about the quality and flavors of certain dishes, overall, the restaurant seemed to have potential for improvement and inconsistency in customer experiences.
To be honest, we were pretty excited to find a Chinese restaurant delivered on our trip to nashville. Our daughter has been upset so we couldn't get out. the lady who took our order said it would be 30-40 minutes, which is not a big thing, and we wanted to tip with cash. to say that we were disappointed, it's just a little balling. we were mad. the food was overcooked/burned and cold. it took half an hour and after the supplier arrived, he only asked for his tipp. to the luck my man said no, because $40-50 worth food just to throw it away. they have no tip for terrible service amd attitude. also quite sure that he spotted us in Chinese...read more
Excellent Chinese takeout and super fresh! our flights were late when we came to the hotel, we were four women. almost ruled taste - but we were pleasantly surprised. they gave us a order of crabs rangoon, which were amazing and melted in our mouth. the best egg rolls I had. we loved everything and will order again when we are back in town. I was particularly pleased to see how they checked the order via the phone to be sure they got it right.
Eating is always fresh and they supply quite far and it is a free delivery with a $15 min. some of my faves are the house special lo my, sesam huhn, crab lay down and moo goo gai pan. take them about 45min-1 hour for delivery, but it is absolutely worth and comes hot.
I'd see anything else. I did last night (12/12/2014) about approx. 5:30 o'clock an order for delivery. because this is a high commissioning period on a Friday, I did not think much about it when I did not get my food an hour later. I finally got a call at 18:45 so they let me know that my food was ready. Nasty Dirty!. Filthiest restaurant I've seen in years. Had to ask to get table cleaned! I've dined in service stations cleaner than this place. No wonder carryout is their main business. Evidently nobody looks at the kitchen. Food very average also Lunch
