Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews. Some customers found the food to be underwhelming for the price, with dishes like the paneer tikka and chicken dumplings in gravy falling short of expectations. Others, however, had a more positive experience, praising the unique flavors and dishes such as the Tandoori Chicken Poutine. The service was a point of contention, with some customers receiving slow and inattentive service, while others had a great experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The atmosphere was generally described as cozy and comfortable, with some customers noting the addition of pillows at the table. Despite the mixed reviews, the restaurant was recommended by many as a must-visit spot in Nashville for those looking for a fusion of Indian and Western cuisine.
Great Indian food. Had the lamb, chicken, and beef kebab. The garlic Naan was awesome.
Our first time here. We have wanted to try this place for years and finally were able to make it happen with family. We had a party of 8. Parking is weird, if you don't score a spot in front you have to park in the parking garage 2 blocks away, for comped parking, because they don't get a long with the parking lot right next to their building. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Seats were uncomfortable and cheap. Ordered appetizers and dinner. Appetizers were great. The Nan was Ok, not anything special. Dinner was ok as well. For the price it was underwhelming. We have local mom and pop Indian cuisine that is more flavorful and overall better, without the added cost. Our waiter was anything but great. Very slow service and unattentive. Maybe because the 20% tip is already guaranteed with a party this size, maybe not. There are way too many other places in Nashville to go to that will take care of you for the same prices. If you like the hype then try it, other wise it's just OK.
Fantastic food! I had the cauliflower, chicken curry with the moilee curry(coconut milk) and it was all just perfectly cooked and very tasty!
Great Indian flavors. The kabobs weee tender and packed with savory flavors. The masala was good as you would expect. The Naan was not as crisp as I would like. I am not sure they cook it in a clay pot like more traditional places.
We were excited to try this place, we had heard about it from friends and locals so we tried it out. We got few appetizers, nachos, paneer dip were good! Cauliflower was not that flavorful, I was expecting it to be spicy and crispy. We also got main dishes, paneer tikka was so bad, it was few pieces of paneer thrown in marinara sauce, that was not tikka flavor at all, we also ordered chicken dumplings in gravy and another chicken gravy dish and they were mediocre too. We got a piece of this giant chocolate cake that looked interesting on the menu but was a store bought cake with some ganache thrown on it, it was dense and overly rich. Not the best experience and was overpriced with mediocre food. We spent over $300 for 6 people and left dissatisfied
