Captain D's - Nashville

It should be Captain's request. Because you only get it when they want it It says 8:00 now trust me they were closed at 7:45. They close when they're ready. There is never notice of closing simply ridiculous. Don't depend on eating there unless it's 12:00 to 5:00. Earlier, the best restaurant in the city was no longer. Get it together. They close early and drive the clock to the original time

I was dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. I drove up to the speaker in the drive thru and immediately I felt rushed. There were 2 different people taking my order and neither one exuded a professional attitude. I pulled up to the window and address the issue. I asked for the manager and was simply told he 's in the back . There is definitely some training that needs to take place with management and staff. I requested well done on my seafood feast which was $35 and my fish was under done. Took it home and had to air fry it lol. I wouldn 't recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!

I stopped here late one night after work. There were 3 cars in front of me and the line moved pretty fast! The fish was excellent because it had a lot crunchy pieces.. like I like it. Staff was friendly and told me to have a good night. Overall, it was a great fast food experience. I was pleasantly surprised considering that everyone seems to be short-staffed and short tempered lately. I will definitely go back.

I did not have a good experience to say the least. I ordered 5. 3 piece fish from the menu at 299 each. Now mind you nothing reads catfish nuggets. They give me 2 small boxes with all 5 orders stuff between them. I ordered 1. Captains plate with chicken,fish and shrimp for 8.99 and 1 order of clams and shrimp. I received trash the reason give for my 5 orders of fish being put into to boxes the little girl said (we have to save our boxes)

Extremely one of slowest Captain D's I've ever been too and customer service not that great either! But my food was good! ??
