Califarmia - Nashville

This food truck offers some delicious Mexican-Asian fusion dishes. I tried the Bang Bang Bowl and found it quite enjoyable. However, the flavors could be more pronounced; the dish tends to lean heavily on a sweet, viscous taste. The sticky rice already provides a nice, glutinous texture, so I think a thinner sauce with a citrusy kick would really enhance the overall experience by cutting through the richness. Perhaps that's why they don’t include much coconut on top, as it gets lost among the other flavors. Overall, I would rate the dish a solid 6.7 out of 10, though I feel the portion size could be better relative to the price. On a positive note, I appreciate that they attend smaller events, like those at apartment complexes, especially on busy weeknights—definitely a plus! We chose Califarmia as our wedding caterers, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. I love that they prioritize sourcing their ingredients from local farmers. The entire process was seamless. Mitchell was fantastic, and I especially appreciate their support when we had to reschedule our original date due to COVID. We never had to worry about whether our caterer would be there, which is not something I can say for all our vendors. They followed all the necessary precautions on the day of the event. I genuinely don't think we could have found a better caterer. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I only wish I had more room to enjoy more of their amazing food on the day!

Tonight, I couldn't prepare dinner for my family, so I decided to order the family pack of burgers along with some fries. It was definitely worth the cost and made for a delicious end to our day. The burgers were fantastic, and the fries came in large portions that could easily feed our family, with plenty left over (though we ended up finishing them because they were so tasty!). The delivery was impressively quick as well. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I got the poblano burger with Parmesan fries and my boyfriend got a burrito with guac and chips. We both got the strawberry basil lemonade and we enjoyed our food to go and can?t wait to try something new next time.

Amazing food with good variety and even GREAT alternative options for gluten free, dairy free, red meat free people like me. Friendly and funny staff that truly care about you ENJOYING the food you order and your experience while you order/wait for your food. So thankful for this food truck and that they are open now Wed-Sat nights because I eat there multiple times a week with no regrets. They also catered my wedding with a perfect buffet style meal everyone loved!! Do yourself a favor and order a GF yardbird sandwich and fries and have them cater your next event.
