Bruegger's Bagels - Nashville

I ordered the turkey everything bagel, but what I received was not what I expected. Instead of an everything bagel, I got a plain bagel with just one slice of turkey and wilted lettuce. The hash browns were about the size of a golf ball, and the bagel was so hard that I couldn't take a bite. I ended up spending $19.00 on a meal I couldn't eat!

I ordered an Herby Turkey and Western with hashbrowns, but instead received a lox bagel and a jalapeno cheddar bagel. The order tag on the bag was accurate, but the contents were not correct.

Overall, everything was enjoyable. However, I prefer my bagels toasted, and the ones I received were not. I ordered the Sriracha Honey Sunrise bagel, which is an everything bagel topped with bacon, egg, and cheese. It was quite good, especially given the delivery time. Additionally, I got a three-pack assortment of blueberry, cinnamon sugar, and plain bagels. I also received a couple of tubs of cream cheese, which had plenty in one container for all three bagels. My favorite was the cinnamon sugar. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bagels were not toasted, and I wasn't given the option to request that.

My toasted everything bagel with cream cheese came unsliced, toasted and without cream cheese.

I had a big bagel, but my overall experience was quite disappointing. I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts this time. Perhaps the employee I encountered was having a rough day, but the staff was quite rude. I’m not sure I’ll return. If you’re considering asking a question about the menu, I would advise against it.
