Thai Taste - Nashville

Had the spicy basil chicken pastaA variation of the pad krao pao didn't like it I asked for extra spicy lady said 1 to 5 I said 5 and it was a 2 spicy level the dish had very little chicken and had string beans witch killed the taste and texture of the dish the dish was dry not your usual juicy pad kra pao and they didn't put enough basil on the dish I could barely taste the basil mybwife ordered pad Tai amdnit was greasy and bland my son had the 20 dollar fried pompano fish good but not great I would have enjoyed a fried tilapia better. I've had great Thai food in los angeles and other places this was not good at all the restaurant atmosphere and decor was very nice if only they put more effort on the food . In Nashville I've had Thai food same dish in two other places the smiling elephant and lemon grass restaurant by far number one so far is lemon grass thai restaurant number 2nis smiling elephant and Bangkokville doesn't make the list. Service was good amd the sweet and sour soup they serve was ok.

Small restaurant with an authentic Thailand vibe. My favorite time to visit is during lunch. I recommend the pad Thai lunch special that comes with spring roll and Tom kha soup. Absolutely loved our dinner! The Coconut Soup, Pad Thai, and Pineapple Curry were delicious! The portions are at least filling and in my girlfriend's case, beyond filling! Hope to come back again!Food: 5/5

Everything they serve is delicious. Thai tea is excellent. mama is the sweetest lady. Every time I go I feel so welcome and at home. Definitely worth a visit, you may just get hooked!Food: 5/5
