Some great Ethiopian food! The location is exactly what I look for when searching for good Ethiopian food. It’s a little hole in the wall type of place, but the quality is top notch. The food was prepared fresh to order and everything had perfect spice level. I couldn’t wait to taste it so unfortunately I didn’t get pictures. That is testament to how good it looked/was. The best Ethiopian restaurant in Nashville Very delicious foods specially vegetarian combinations, shuro, kitfo and /awash special /means meat with all vegetables comfortable food I'm addicting with the food also price is very reasonable and I visit Awash once a week.
Such a Nashville treasure! Some adjustments to the usual restaurant experience are necessary: this is a little like going to somebody’s mom’s house for dinner, in the best possible way. No menu per se, she will just ask if you like meat and spicy food and go from there. Just let Z do her thing, and you’ll be rewarded!Food: 5/5
