Whatever they’re doing they’re doing it right. Amazing food! I don’t know what else to say but you need to come here and right it. Thebomb.com. I love Athens food, but they may need to hire more people. I ordered from their website to avoid Postmates/ DoorDash delivery fees, and waited an hour and forty-five minutes for my delivery. I even called the restaurant to ask the status, because I received a text confirmation of my order and then nothing else for over an hour. I absolutely adore this restaurant for their amazing lemon chicken soup.
The food at this restaurant was incredibly delicious. My husband and I went there for my birthday. We started with the hummus, followed by the kotopita and bifteki for our main courses. The food was amazing! For dessert, we had the baklava, which was also delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent! That was my lamb. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist in the middle! I always wonder if it's fresh or frozen because I'm picky about my lamb, but I forgot. It must have been fresh, that was delicious. My husband ordered falafel and said it was the best he ever had. It's been a while since we've been here, and they moved to another location, I'm so glad we decided to find it!
The service is excellent, the atmosphere is cool, and the location is convenient, right across from Belmont. Now, as for the food, the spanakopita is the best I've ever had, no need for tzatziki sauce. It is a huge portion! The calamari was perfectly cooked and seasoned, but the real standout is the house-made marinara sauce. I mean, wow! I would drive two and a half hours just for the marinara sauce alone. It's a must-try!
All about our visit was great! our server was super friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the food was delicious! all partial sizes were very generous and the quality was great. where some restaurants use frozen French fries, make them their fries fresh.
