The vibes are great, lots of plants, seating, and a cool place to recharge with a drink. The chai was amazing, sweet and spicy.Food: 5/5

This is a wonderful little coffee shop to get some work done! Plenty of people on laptops, studying, or just catching up over a delicious cup of coffee with a friend. There are outlets available with some of the seating against the walls. They also have large tables if you want to work on a project with a larger group. The windows really let the sun shine through, so it’s not too dark like some other small coffee shops. The drinks were great. The specialty drinks are on the right side of the coffee shop on a blackboard-don’t miss ‘em!

Their banana muffins were moist and delicious! I also had a large vanilla latte that came out with such cute latte art!Food: 5/5

8th and Roast has a great atmosphere. Huge windows that let in sunlight, different types of seating options and not too loud but not too quiet. It is a superb place to get some work or studying done.The coffee options are also superb, including good drip, pour over and espresso drink options. They have unique and delicious lattes that change every so often.Their *hot* food options are limited which can be disappointing when staying for an extended amount of time but their pastry options are delicious.Pros: Atmosphere, quality of coffee, pastries, noise level, seating options, friendly staffCons: Tables are almost always a bit sticky, limited hot food options.Parking: Paid lot across the street and limited street parking.

Great little place! Love the options and uniqueness of the place. I enjoyed a blackberry mocha latte aka the little bear! Do yourself a flavor favor, stop on in at 8th Roast!Food: 4/5
