This place has amazing slabs, the prices are quite good for the quality and the amount you get. My only thing is if you don't eat pork or certain meat you are? not able to switch the broth and meat on them, so the options can be limited but if you are?t picky and love something, it wouldn't be a problem.

Visit Nashville and heard about this Awesome Ramen place. The Tokyo roasted chicken with the Cilantro dive sauce YUM! I had the New Wave Ramen, would definitely order it again. Staff friendly and food is great! Yeah?

Cute ramen shop with a chill atmosphere. We were seated immediately outside in their covered and heated seating area. Good servers and food. Not the greatest ramen and gyozas I?ve ever had but it?ll satiate the craving. The noodles were excellent, the shoyu broth was a little too salty for my liking. One thing to note was that the food did take a while to get to us. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu.

One of the better Ramen places in all of Nashville?especially if you are looking for an more traditional, firmer style noodle (most tend to overcook). Plenty of menu options, as well as ramen combinations variations love the add on menu items. You can pretty much custom the bowl of ramen that you desire. The main seating area is slightly limited, however there is additional seating outside it is enclosed and heated/cooled. Parking is very close most options are pay to park.
