What Joel O'Connell doesn't like about Baja Fresh Mexican Grill:
Rip off. This place charges extra fees any chance they get. I ordered one veggie taco and asked for beans in it. extra charge. Guacamole dollars extra charge. I'm sorry but I'm not going to pay dollars for one taco with nothing in it. Go to chipotle where it tastes better and everything is included View all feedback.

This is a review for the one in Vanderbilt first and last time I’ll ever eat there Lady was extremely rude she was talking about us in Spanish saying to her coworker how overweight customers where and laughing she didn’t even wrap the burrito or tuck the sides in when she put guacamole in the burrito half of it made it to the outside of the burrito she didn’t even ask me the cold items to go onto my burrito
This review is for the restaurant located at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I was disappointed to find that they only had chicken or ground beef as options, as their other choices were not available. I ordered a chicken burrito while my husband ordered a naked burrito. It was quite expensive, $20 for just two items. After taking a bite of my burrito, I found a large chicken bone in my mouth. Despite this mishap, the customer service was poor. The staff seemed reluctant to exchange my chicken burrito for ground beef, acting as if it was too much to ask. There was no apology, just blank stares and unprofessional behavior.
This is a review for the location inside Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The food is always good. This location is not always open at night but when they are open there is a long wait for someone to come to wait on you. Then without fail there is something they don't hv or it isn't made but u pay the same price. So alot of waisted time or you paying for something they don't hv.
This restaurant was a life saver when my husband and I were stuck at the VA Hospital and their cafeteria was closed. There was a wide variety of different restaurants offering takeout options, which was a great relief. It was wonderful to find hot and freshly cooked meals available, rather than just relying on vending machines.
