Panera Bread - Nashua

In my last three visits, the food has been consistently undercooked. Twice, I ordered bagels to go, and they were barely toasted. I also had a grilled cheese sandwich, and again, the bread was hardly toasted. It seems they don’t know how to properly toast bread. Additionally, the staff at the counter can be a bit snarky when you bring up issues, which is disappointing. Moving forward, I’ll only be getting drinks at this location. I recently learned that there’s a “bagel button” for toasting bagels, which makes me think this store needs to properly train their cooks or hire new ones. I’ve attached a photo of a well-toasted bagel from another Panera for comparison.

I consistently enjoy good food at reasonable prices with reliable quality here. The online ordering and in-store kiosks make it easy to customize my orders for either pickup or dining in. The menu is the same across all locations, and the quality remains high. The side of bread baguette is a nice portion and pairs perfectly with their cheesy broccoli soup. The combo sandwiches are always fresh, made with high-quality ingredients and bread. However, I do wish they would offer more variety in their pastries, as they often run out of the more desirable options.

I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, but it was unexpectedly ice cold. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good their Asiago bagel was. Overall, it’s a great place to dine, with a nice atmosphere.

The waitstaff and server were extremely friendly and cheerful. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with minimal wait time. Every dish I had was served hot and tasted fantastic. They offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options and are very attentive to customer needs. Overall, a wonderful experience! Food: 5/5

The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the staff was friendly and attentive, taking our order right away. I had the chicken soup broth and a grilled cheese sandwich, both of which were delicious. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
