My reservation got mixed up in the system and someone else was given the time slot I had already reserved. The manager handled the situation well by offering me the next available time slot or any other day that worked for me. Unfortunately, I couldn't come until next week, but she was kind enough to give us a $50 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. View all feedback.
What RobC doesn't like about Boston Billiard Club Casino:
We made a reservation for one of the igloos at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, we were seated in an igloo that had maintenance issues, with the lights and heaters flickering on and off. After requesting multiple times, we were finally allowed to move to a different igloo that was functioning properly. Despite this, we waited for someone to take our order for 45 minutes before deciding to leave. The experie... View all feedback.

I went to this restaurant for Super Bowl Sunday! They have everything - great drinks, a casino, billiards, and sports. The espresso martini was the best I've ever had and the dealers were very friendly.
You can find everything at this restaurant - delicious food, drinks, and outdoor seating. However, when I arrived, the waiter who assisted me was not very friendly.
Boston Billiard is a rare late-night spot in southern New Hampshire. In addition to serving as a pool hall and casino, this establishment also features televisions playing various sports games.
I had made a reservation for the "igloo dining experience" on 3/15/2021, receiving only a confirmation number for my table. I was not informed of any requirements upon arrival. However, when I arrived yesterday, I was refused service at the restaurant because the birthday girl did not have a valid ID (she was celebrating her 24th birthday). I explained that we only intended to have dinner and had no plans to visit the bar or casino. Despite this, the manager informed me that not only could we not dine there due to the invalid ID, but also that the "Igloo experience" had been discontinued 2 weeks prior to my scheduled reservation and I had not been informed of this. I had driven 30 minutes from Manchester to Nashua for an event I had planned in March, without receiving any notification of changes to my reservation via email or phone call. This was my first time visiting the establishment, and I do not think I will return. Additionally, they informed me that they no longer use "OpenTable" and could not confirm my table. It was disappointing to miss out on a birthday celebration with my loved one due to this lack of communication.
