Finally tried this place on a rainy Thursday afternoon during a Badgers Big 10 tournament basketball game. Newly updated but still maintained the perfect dive bar atmosphere. The bathrooms were super clean. It looked clean and organized behind the bar. Food ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Have been a customer for many years. Lately food has been adequate, service abominable, rude man waiter, constant mistakes in orders. Understaffed. Had a gift card which only worked every other time we went. Won 't be returning for any reason. View all feedback.
The bartender was spot on. I ordered the Buffalo Wings, and it was just ok. I'll give it another try soon. Fun atmosphere.
Great place,friendly staff,good food, what more can you ask for. Try the Friday fish fry.
Just want to drink a damned beer without people turning the bar into a trump rally.

The bathrooms were super clean. It looked clean and organized behind the bar. Food ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Hubby had the philly because he can't say no to cheese sauce, and I had the newer to the menu southwest wrap with crispy chicken which was HUGE and delicious. Homemade chips were super thin and crispy and not burnt tasting like some can often be. Tracy behind the bar gave us great service. We will be back!
Yummy. The sides were seasoned well the fish was cooked perfectly.
