Worst pizza and worst service ever! I ordered a Schezwan Veg. Pizza with extra cheese of Triple Cheesy Fantasy by paying extra ₹ 165 and all I got was a squeezed pizza as shown in the picture! I ordered at around 9:20pm, got pizza delivered by 9:50 and it was so freaking squeezed! I had a doubt that it was squeezed when i took the delivery but I paid the money anyways and he left. I called back the Smokin Joes and told them about it and asked for them to take away this crappy pizza and give me another one around 9:55-10 pm. But they said that the kitchen is closed and we can not give you another pizza please cooperate! We will give you a complimentary something on your next order! At 10 pm! Its open from 10:30 am to 11 pm, if i am not wrong! And to top it off! I paid ₹ 770 for this ****! Who the hell is going to order again from that Smokin Joes after this incidence! This is the worst service ever! And you call yourself a brand! Go to Mumbai-Pune and get your quality and service right and straight! I am never going to order anything from this Smokin Joes!

The worst smokin joes experience i have ever had, i had ordered 4 large pizzas and 2 cheese garlic breads. The first was giveing the order the preson in the phone took so long to only take the order as he didnt know what pizzas were on the menu, after the struggle for about 15 to 20 minutes our order was finally placed. The next was the delivery with took then about 1 and a half hour to deliver to a distance of just 5 minutes, i made about 10 calls to the outlet and the response was its a very big order so its taking time, i dont understand how just 4 pizzas can be a very big order .. when i told my friends why its taking so long we had such a hearty laugh So finally after a 1and a half hour wait we find out our Pizza doesn't have all the mentioned toppings on the all meats pizza, when we call the outlet they say we do not have it so we didnt put it. Such bad service and bad staff who didnt even mention during placing the order or call back to inform so we could order something else The oregano and chilli flakes was sent in silver foils which is not the way smoking joes seasonings are delivered. The worst and the most unhygienic part is what i havent come to yet, the cheese garlic bread was made with stale bread with had MOLD/FUNGUS on it i have attached a photo of the garlic bread which i received. I informed the outlet but their reply was not possible nd they just hung up. My worst experience with smokin joes.

Smokin Joe's has always been my second preference in Pizzas in Nashik (First, apparently Pizza Hut). This place has never disappointed me. The difference between Smokin Joe's Pizza and Domino's pizza is that the pizzas from Domino's are quite desserted sometimes, dry. On the other hand, Smokin Joe's has never disappointed me, whether its in quality, quantity, or price. My ratings: Food: 8.5/10 Service: 8/10 Ambience: 7/10 Value for money: 8.5/10
