Our servers were great. I wish I remembered their names but they were awesome and so was our food. Love this place!

My family and I visited Riscky's BBQ yesterday at the location on main in Fort Worth. We ordered the 2 and 3 meat platters. When we received our meals, you could visibly see our meats were bone dry. We had sausage, beef ribs, sliced brisket, and cat fish. I ordered potato salad and coleslaw for my sides. The potato salad was very bland and had a mashed potato consistency. I sample a little of the food I ordered in hopes of it tasting better than it looked. The meats and sides had absolutely no seasoning. We asked our waitress for the manager. When another waitress came over to try to help. She recommended to our waitress to give us some fresh ribs. Our waitress gave us 2 to go boxes of beef ribs. That looked just like the ribs that were on our plates. We asked for the check at that point. The other helpful waitress came back to our table while we waited for the check. She informed us that the restaurant we visited doesn't even have a smoker on the premises. She tells us the meats are prepared at the original restaurant in the stock yards. Then, it was sent out to the other restaurants in the area. I'm sure keeping precooked foods warm and juicy is a difficult task. However, dining in a well-known BBQ restaurant such as Riscky's is a very high expectation. After we paid for our food, the waitress advised us to dine at the original Riscky's for a better experience.
We came here for the weekend and wanted some yummy food and decided to give this place a try. It was so good we came back the next day too. I will definitely be back, when we come back for the weekend again.
