The food at this restaurant is excellent! I truly believe it is one of the top spots for a quick burrito in Fort Worth. However, the service was not up to par. I arrived 25 minutes before closing time and found the front door locked, despite there still being customers inside eating.
The food at this restaurant is excellent! I truly believe it is one of the top spots for a quick burrito in Fort Worth. However, the service was not up to par. We ordered chips and regular queso, but the employee kept insisting we try the spicy queso instead. Despite our clear preference for regular, she still gave us the spicy option. When we got home, we found out it was indeed spicy, which was disappointing. It's frustrating when you pay for a certain item only to have someone else decide what is best for you. We tried to call and complain, but the voicemail box was full.
