Went on a date night and were pleasantly surprised. The service was phenomenal. I felt like I was sitting in my nanas kitchen. I never went without anything! The margs were fantastic! Not too sweet! The atmosphere was lovely and the parking was really easy! Will for sure come back!

The food is so good, I would go back for the tortillas alone!! Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. They also make a great Margarita! Our server was so attentive, best in class! This was a top experience!

We ate lunch here today. It's our first time eating here. Gilda was our server, she was very friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the meal. The complimentary chips are made fresh in-house. They are the best I've ever had, melt in your mouth. I had the lunch plate special enchilada with chili con carne refried beans and Mexican rice. My son had the shredded chicken quesadillas. His only negative was too much cheese in his dish.They were founded in 1926, so they are almost 100 years old. Great restaurant experience in every way. We will eat here again.

I chose The Original for my birthday lunch this year last week. It 's a beautiful establishment. The menu says they have out of this planet enchiladas so that 's what my husband and I ordered. They were probably the worst I 've ever had. They were cold and stale. There were probably only two other parties in the restaurant at the time. I saw who was probably the manager and no one smiled or said hi or most importantly, asked how our food was before we left. I expected to feel greeted, welcomed and be served hot, bubbly cheese enchiladas.
