Hot Damn, Tamales!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered a 3 month tamale subscription for my husband 's 40th birthday. I called on 3/6 to discuss time frame for shipping later in the month and was told a delayed shipment was possible and we discussed timeframe for day of shipment versus day of delivery so I could ensure they were received before his birthday. When they were not delivered the day anticipated, I called and was assured that orders to the east coast were mailed on Tuesday, so it should be delivered on friday (the next day). When they were not delivered on friday, I called Saturday morning and they investigated it. They called back and left a message saying that they had talked to my husband and he had agreed to them shipping february and march 's orders together. My husband has never talked to them and since I ordered in March, there 's no reason they would combine February and March. I then called again on Monday (today) and they now claim their staff had covid and they weren 't able to ship out orders. Seems like they just can 't get their lie straight. Don 't order from their online store.

I ordered tamales and i didn’t get them when they were supposed to come so i wated several more days then i called and they would call me back so the next day i called back. Same thing happened again. They sure could find my bankto get their money. Well i finally got my tamales but not the full order i called to let them know I got my order but was short some and the phone rang then they hung up twice. No more of my business

The owner is incredible. Truly made the holiday season special. UPS lost our first package, and the owner was more than willing to work with us. These tamales are incredible and are a lil taste of home. Cheers!

It is closed, this place does not exist, travel 1 hour only for its vegetarian tamales and when you arrive, a closed place. I Call them, they only have cheese with chili, for shipping. I ended up having breakfast at 2pm in an ihop so far away from my house!!

This place has the best damn tamales in the city. Don't sleep on this spot I would definitely recommend
