This was a very nice place to visit. It had been a while and I forget this is totally build your own. We all got burgers and fries. Everything was good, the place was very clean, including bathrooms , and service was friendly.I would like to mention that we met up with our son who lives out of state and we ended up talking for about three hours. What NY Mama doesn't like about Five Guys:
Ordered last night. I paid an extra $2.50 for a burger patty to be added to the blt and no patty was added then the blt had 4 tiny 1 inch pieces of bacon which seemed like they cooked 1 strip of bacon and cut it up for a blt with a small lettuce leaf not shreds of lettuce as menu states for $9.50 it was a total rip off and mainly bread. The hot dogs were okay but not worth 7.19 each the fries were all over the bag me... View all feedback.

This place has gotten too expensive for what you are
So let me tell you about my less than stellar expression with Wanda, the woman at the counter. It's was definitely lame and disheartening. Let me preface things by saying that I am a house less person, so I often experience discrimination. Well, today was one of those days. I first came in and asked for a simple ice water, and I was denied it, saying they didn't have water like that, only bottled water. Which is obviously very clearly not the truth. So I went next to door to quench my thrist, which JM subs gave me no issue. To deny someone water on an 80-degree plus day is inhuman. After I was hydrated and feeling better, I came in place my order of a double bacon cheeseburger and regularsozed drink, $17 dollars, mind you that I could have spent elsewhere. When I came inside the restaurant, she was out from behind the counter, chatting with 2 guys at a table. She ignored me completely, finished her conversation, wiped another table, walked back by the drink fountain, still ignoring and eventually walked into the office/back without taking my order. Literally, a guy had to come off the grill to take my order shout-out him for being pleasant. The food, like at most 5 Guys, is always good, and honestly, fries were less greasy than most locations. My only food complain was that the Coke Freestyle machine needs calibrated or something. Most beverages tasted off.
