My ribeye was gummy or to be quite honest, lots of gristle. I’ve probably been to this Del Frisco’s location many many times over 20 years. Never was before I just got a bad piece of meat. Speaking of meat, you could literally hang meat in The downstairs dining room it was so cold. Blower never turned off. Had to be 60 degrees next to the mirror. What DavidC EG doesn't like about Energise Payday Fort Worth:
This steakhouse used to be our go-to favorite, but the downtown Fort Worth location is showing its age and doesn't compare to other restaurants in the area. Our recent visit to the restaurant was much improved from our last one. We plan to return on a weekday for even better service.
Ordered 2 8 oz filets one medium rare and the other medium well, both came out medium. If a high end steak house can’t cook a steak right what’s the point?
Dry aged steak was so bad I sent it back. I never send anything back.
