Horrible management! Went Saturday 7/15 @8:30 and the manager (not sure if her name is Luanne she did not have a name tag but she was an Asian women) yelling at her employee with a lobby full of customers and she spoke to me as if I was d while taking my order. That women should NOT be working in management. View all feedback.
I used to love getting breakfast here but it’s gone downhill, ordered online and even showed the “manager” the money taken out of my bank. She still didn’t give me my order. Not good service.

Great place for breakfast. Opens a 6, an hour before the other coffee houses!
The wait can get a little long, but the food is well worth it! Service is always great and pricing is good. Reliable spot for both breakfast and lunch!
I love the bagels, fresh and tasty. Your bacon needs a revamp, it's almost tasteless on the bagel;improve on that because bacon should make a difference on any sandwich. Apart from that, everything else taste good.
