What Harry doesn't like about Dixie House Cafe Hulen:
Tried to phone in an order at Dixie House on Hulen. The person answering put me on hold immediately. I waited 20 minutes and she never came back on the phone. Could hear everything happening at the counter while I waited and I even blew a whistle to try to get attention but no success. We went elsewhere. View all feedback.
It is a great place for a traditional breakfast. Great service and reasonably priced

Always a pleasant experience! Good food, great service and, pleasant atmosphere. Only downside is they have gone up on the price of their menu items.
The Food was decent, service was good. Sides are nearly 5.00 for an extra one, 5.00 for bacon added to your hamburger. Also be aware 3.50 for a soft drink, then 3.00 a refill!
This is one of the best diners I have seen in many years! The chicken fried steak is “REAL” hand breaded like momma made! My mother and I split a sandwich and fries and still had leftovers! So the food was great, the service refreshing and the diner very clean! Loved this experience! Will most definitely return!
