Kat did an amazing job sticking to our timeframe and getting us out for the symphony! Food is always consistently delicious and presentation is amazing. Love dining here when I'm in FTW. And, there is a place to leave your cowboy hat if need be!! View all feedback.
What Chuck Bond doesn't like about Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse:
Came here on a friends recommendation and sadly we weren't overly impressed with the main attraction...the steak. Our server was exceptional and was able to answer all of the questions from our group. The appetizers were really good as was the bread. Unfortunately, I ordered aged steak, medium and came out medium rare with an overcooked exterior. The highlight was the dessert and by dessert I mean the butter cake...i... View all feedback.
Best Steaks I’ve ever had, great ambience, enjoyed it very much!
Thought we made a good choice — we were wrong!!! Waiter was terrible!!! Our food was not prepared correctly, several items we ordered came out wrong. Manager took items off our bill but I would have rather had a well-prepared, correct meal. We will not go back to this restaurant
The server started off attentive and throughout the meal became lazy and rude. She did not check on my table which has a party of 9 until the end of the meal. Food delivery included a bowl of mushrooms being thrown at my dinner guest. I will stick with dining at Capital Grille or Ruth's Chris. Almost ruined my birthday celebration, but my guests made up for the poor experience as they all had a great time celebrating with me. I do not recommend this place. Too much hype and very little delivery.
The food was wonderful, we had a large party. Half of our party didn't get their main course until after we had our dessert.
The food was delicious (appetizers had twists to classics that stood out, steaks were cooked as ordered, desserts were rich and not overly sweet) and the service was stellar (Robert was attentive, courteous, and explained the menu and servings well). I almost rated the atmosphere as 4 because the lighting is a bit dark (some of us had to use flashlights to read the menu), but I think that contributed to a warm setting. Oh and we're big fans of the newer dessert: the tiramisu crème brûlée!
