Store aren’t clean I actually love Braums’s especially the fries. Just can’t seem to find that old school flavor I remember from the 80’s. It’s a shame too View all feedback.
Ice cream is delicious and has a good price .customer service is flawless
Good people could have been faster but maybe I was just impatient that day.
Came to Braums drive thru around 10:30, ordered a shake and a banana split with no peanuts, didn’t open the bag until we got home and they had just closed at 1045, and yep- peanuts. I’m allergic. So no ice cream for me. Gave it to my husband, there’s barely any toppings (except the f’n peanuts), there is EIGHT cherry stems and only 2 cherries, maybe one strawberry fruit. Extremely disappointing. Will not return to this location. If I can post the picture of the stems I will.
