I love this place the food the ice cream the people it's all good

Do not go to this location. This is the 3rd time I have been and the 3rd time it’s been horrible. The employees are terrible. They don’t talk, all hang out together and do nothing and have a terrible attitude. If that wasn’t enough, I ordered a chocolate shake and a chocolate soft serve with Oreos. Both of them had peanuts in it. If I haven’t taken a sip out of it first and gave it to my girlfriend first, she would have had a very bad allergic reaction to the peanuts. I will never ever go back to this place again. To add to it again, the employees are terrible and a few of them need to be fired. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning

I used the drive-thru to purchase a small sundae. The drive-thru has two lanes; however, I was the only person in either lane until after I placed my order and moved on to the window to pay. The person was patient with me when I placed my order(I rarely go to Braum's, so I needed help figuring out what I wanted). I was charged the correct amount by the lady who took my money, who was also the one who took my order. I was warmly greeted at the pick-up window, and my order was correct. I sat in my car in the parking lot and ate my sundae. A very pleasant experience.

Food was meh. I think team just hated their job that day.

Brahms is the best ice cream place. It has a little grocery store which keeps good breads ice creams. Staff is very friendly and helps people they have abundant variety of ice creams. Good price for all items . Braum food is very good. Braum sauce is oh my God super awesome , seating is very average. They need to upgrade on seating but it’s not bad. It’s good. It can be better overall I’ll give five star to this ice cream place , all Franchise of this brand is always performed good
