The food is excellent; all the dishes we tried were well-executed and made with top-quality ingredients. Everything is paired with their excellent wines. A wonderful experience, I'll do it again and I highly recommend it.

The restaurant remains a small, stylish, and truly classic place, with an atmosphere that reflects the very best of Piedmont. The wines from their own Viberti winery are of exceptional class — among the finest in the region — and pair beautifully with the meal. We enjoyed an evening of authentic, traditional Piemontese cuisine, each dish prepared with care and depth of flavor. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed — a level of hospitality that is hard to find. A wonderful experience in every way. A must-visit when in Barolo.

White truffle dishes were so delicious, of course, but panna cotta—served with caramel sauce—was the most delicious we have ever had!

Insanely delicious.
