Trappa - Narvik

Trappa is that classic european sports club but, in addition, it's headed by the nicest people i met in Narvik. Wonderful cocktails, the best beer, and high quality food. Even more, a night area with the best music form all around the world.

We visited the restaurant regarding a birthday celebration. The restaurant is often open even when most restaurants in Narvik are closed. At our last visit the foodplates was very cold and therfore the food got cold very quickly. Maybe if they heat the plates, before putting food on it, it may be better. Have been visiting the restaurant 4-5 times, but this was the first time we were dissapointed. When the food is hot/warm, it tastes very good.

I was in Narvik on a business trip and was looking something different. For surprise I found a Portugese restaurant in Narvik : I liked the bread platter with different dips for starter. For main course I had the ox and pork spear. The meat was really juicy. Only thing that was a minus was the salad since it felt like a bit cheap with ready dressing. Keep the salad fresh and the dish will be a top class. Also the creme brulee for dessert was good. Can recommend this to everybody dining in Narvik :

Although it is a little pricy, Trappa offers a decent variation of dishes that are quite tasty and most appetising! With a good selection of deserts, drinks and coffee/tea it makes for a good place for a meal, or just a place to have a good talk with your friends. The decor and general mood of the restaurant/café is quite cosy and most inviting!

Excellent food and excellent service! Add the chilli to the fish stu and enjoy! The waiter is professional and the setting outside great! 2 drops of rain and magic! The waiter rolled out the canvass! The evening sun and good wine made a perfect meal!
