I have always found them to taste very good, despite the bad attitude of one of the people who served, who apparently was the son of the original owner. They have already changed locations several times, but despite that and the attention, flavor and quality of their products, they had prevailed. But this last time, it was the exception. I cannot specify which of all the ingredients of the pozole that we bought had a defect, because everything seemed and tasted normal and good. But within a few minutes, it gave us an upset stomach and eventually diarrhea. UPDATE: Apparently, one of the complements had a problem, since there was a little left over that day, and we added it to another pozole that my mother-in-law gave us, and so we no longer had any problems.
