Makis and... read more Two years that I hadn't put my feet there... cause of move. Before it was all the time here I was coming for an Asian buffet. Well, time has changed. Makis and outdated sushi (saumon and gluant tuna) rice had a funny texture too (I am chef of cuisine, and fan of Asian food so it doesn't escape me) makis that are fried, normally must be crispy, and not they were all soft. I brought the plate back to the boss who assured me they were done today. Really a big doubt given the freshness of the product. So much I pass to another entrance, Siu Mai and ha kao (raviolis vapors), another disillusionment (all was cold) , I test the buffet next to (hot frits) nems etc. similar, cold. So I'm headed for a wok. And I am of beef meat (which seems to me to be from the armchair) , and heading to the baking booth, given the doubts I had on the freshness of the products, I taste the bath of my plate in all discretion. It was also gluante and taste exceeded. I rested the beef and left on a 100% vegetarian wok. The cook puts my rice noodles on me and goes out to the buffet. At the table my noodles were cooked archis. I couldn't finish it was not good. Still not eating (or almost) I decide to take Chinese noodles with caramel chicken. The noodles had a taste of vinegar. Even better. I rarely comment on restaurants. But that was too much. It's a shame that this place and its kitchen are messy.
