Worst experience, they gave non veg soup instead of veg soup and didn't even care to address the concern of the customer.

Worst kind of customer service, staff is soo rude. When inquired abut d the over price they charged for lemon chicken, got very blunt reply that they will charge much more than the mentioned price do what ever u want to do, from their GM may be some Sanjeev. Very rude arrongant and that too when u r wid ur family. He literally shouted all over. This episode happened on 10 sep 18. I have interacted with their higher management soo many times they are very humble but this person was really very rude. Have never seen this kind of staff anywhere else. May God bless them. I will never be here again. Also attaching the pic of bill in the comment below for which i have inquired.

Worst preparation ... ordered a veg Manchurian last nite, n u delivered stale food which one can’t have even once... u ppl should be sorry for that kind of thing.. never going to order anything n making a visit to u.... WORST PREPARATION WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
