We ordered three sandwiches and a salad from the walk-up counter, and what a delightful surprise it was to discover that the sandwiches were fantastic! You can really taste the freshness and homemade quality of the ingredients. We took our lunch to a picnic table at the lakefront park, and it made for a wonderful meal. Two thumbs up!
On the day we were leaving Naramata, this new café opened its doors! My husband ordered an apple muffin and a latte, while I opted for a mocha and a breakfast sandwich. Wow, that sandwich was fantastic! It was so delicious that I didn’t even share it with my husband! Haha! It’s a shame their opening days are so inconsistent, as they really could fill a big gap in the market for quality food. Just a heads-up: only the pickup window is open, so you'll have to sit on the patio, which is great when the weather is nice.
Homemade dishes. The soups are excellent, and they prepare fresh focaccia daily for their sandwiches. It's a family-run establishment, and you absolutely must try the chowder!
We dropped in for a quick lunch and ordered a couple of sandwiches from the walk up counter. What a wonderful surprise to get the sandwiches and find out they were fantastic. One could say almost gourmet. You can tell everything was homemade and fresh. No pressure package rewrapped food here. Gotta try breakfast the next time in town.
