Even after this, the waiting line continued to grow. I waited for about 10 minutes and went into the store. I ordered pork soba and Kaedama. The soup wasn't as mushy as I expected, and I didn't mind the pork smell. The thick noodles mix well with the soup, making it a complete meal in no time. The Kaedama noodles are thin and you can choose the hardness. It's interesting that you can enjoy the difference in texture by adding thin noodles after thick noodles. It's hard to throw away a large serving of thick noodles, so I think I'll try a larger serving next time. There are about 10 counter seats and 2 table seats.
