Trattoria Pp2 - Napoli

I spoke italian but despite this, received far less appetizing portions than the locals with the same meal on the table next to us. We ordered a genovese and received no meat at all despite part of the dish, next to us the locals received a proper genovese. Unfortunate and unneccesary to discriminate. Also ‘accidentally’ left out the tuna in the tuna salad.

Incredible food. We ordered the ravioli twice!

Trattoria napoletana storica con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, tutto viene fatto sul momento e ci sono vari piatti del giorno oltre al menù. Il luogo è poi ideale per esplorare la città Via duomo e i decumani) o per prendere un traghetto è di fronte all'imbarcadero traghetti e grandi navi) Bravissimo lo chef napoletano) e Noemi in sala è il top!

Non lasciandomi intimidire dal riferimento alla loggia di Propoaganda P2 (ma probabilmente il nome sarò riferito alle iniziali di proprietari) ho fatto un pranzo veloce in questo ristorante nel cuore di Napoli, di fronte al varco per andare agli aliscafi. Menù che rispetta la tradizione, clientela di frequentatori abituali, locale piccolo ma accogliente. Sono riuscito a rinunciare alla genovese che pure era sulla carta e agli appetitosi rigatoni che si gustavano altri avventori e ho scelto tra i piatti del giorno: un succulento piatto di paccheri con pomodorino, totani e aggiunta inaspettata e fonte di mie perplessità patate. L 'ho affrontato con debita circospezione ma l 'ho terminato incerto ma soddisfatto. Di scondo ho preso un piatto di verdura cotta (cavoletti, friarielli e melanzane a funghetto) e, con una mezza minerale ed un quartino di vino ho pagato 20 euro. Ci tornerò

I’m not sure if they didn’t attend to us because we aren’t from Italy, but we went there yesterday and they told us that all was booked and today it would be closed... But, surprise! It is OPEN! They can say that is booked both days, nevertheless the fact of telling us that it was closed just to avoid us is insulting. Even more when we were appreciating that the food should be really worthy if they were full (although when we came back to ask for the reservation and they were still empty... . Denigrating! If they don’t know other languages or feel uncomfortable speaking them, they just can say it!
