Mennella Napoli

Good choice to try gelatto for the first time...you will feel that there is not another ice-cream in the world like the italian type.

We found Mennella Napoli during a walk after dinner, and the gelato was incredible. Rich, creamy texture and vibrant taste, with a delicious cone, at an excellent price. Definiitely a must during any visit to Naples!

Great variety of flavors and ice-creams. You can enter into Mennella at various locations around the city but I've bumped into shop in Carducci Street and it was great sweet experience, I've tried Latte di Mandorla and it was amazing.

Being round the corner from our hotel we naturally tried the ice cream here soon after arrival we found it to be the best that we tried in our time in Naples. We'd generally skip dessert at restaurants and get an ice cream here instead before heading home for the night. We also found that this was a location where fairly good English was spoken (surprisingly common at Gelateria) and the staff were very good. Good range of flavours and styles and also good value compared to ice cream in Northern Europe!
