Mcdonald's - Napoli

Little customer care not a usual standard of McDs which is a shame as the airport is very classy for the most part. Not their best but it did deliver the goods but not in a nice way!

A dirty expensive McDonald's avoid. Save your money and go to another further in the departures lounge. Watch out for the beggars coming round too, security don't stop them.

Unsure of where to eat we thought we were ok with McDonald’s. Hardly any tables were clean and available it was after 7pm so quite late in the day. Eventually found one outside which was full of smokers and Jet2 staff but our table was in the far corner. Ordered our meals but our server was not very polite or friendly. As we were eating a member of staff came to us and said could we eat up as they were shutting outside. We felt under pressure to hurry up as she was watching us constantly. Ended up leaving it and putting in bin. Better places to eat I’m sure

Usual food and prices seemed ok. Proper social distancing rules were followed. If you like McD’s this is not a bad one to visit!

Nice McDonalds in the corner of the first floor at the airport,with beautiful terraces to eat your meal outside.
