Like every Saturday night, my girlfriend and I are discovering new pizzerias and new dough to try, last night we were in this local in Scisciano, very small, and it was a real discovery. We ordered several pizzas, all exquisite . Lievitation 40 now with an alpha hydration, in fact The dough was very light ... we took a daisy, one with velvety of zucchini grana and bresaola, a velvety of zucca aubergines and hazelnuts, a sausage and potato and a bow . All 5 excellent... you could taste every single product that was on the pizza.
