After having turned several famous pizzerias I came across in the 'altrettanto renowned but not yet blasonata pizzeria primicerio. gentlemanly environment, courteous staff, cleaning and attention to the customer were the first things that struck me. My order is always the same, I take a daisy in every new place I find out why only in this way can I assess the difference. In the same way with my partner I taste a particular pizza to see what they invent from time to time. My discovery was very pleasant. Great. the ingredients of course are of very first quality, something quite discounted with the great distribution and with the pizzerias that now have a name. what makes the difference today day is the dough that I would define a cloud, a pizza that when you finish eating it you would be able to eat another. soft, alveolate, leavened with the right times, with the perfect salt point. I was so impressed that I returned to this pizzeria 3 times in less than 10 days, so I also tried other pizza varieties, all delicious. I'm happy to have found a place like this in the outskirts and I'm especially pleased that to manage it are boys, especially the pizza masters, willing and capable. the good part of our country. I renew my compliments and I'm sure they will make their way through the most illustrious names. I highly recommend it.
