The dishes at that level should be warm to preserve the temperature of the food. Especially the first. For the rest I recommend, if you like a wanted kitchen to go there.

Everything excellent, starting from the corner, coconut, lime, melissa and soy caviar, continuing with the impeccable tuna tataki to the flame (cotto and raw). Special mention for the black roast pork cube, friarielli sauce and provola in carriage, which I would define the dish of the evening. The surprise (positive) is the risotto that you do not expect in Naples, balanced by tradition, i.e. patccheri in broccolo sauce, shrimp and clams. The hernia of the seabed slowly baked on the skin. On the same floor, sweets with pressert and chocolate cuddle to close. Mise en place impeccable, environment consono al livello del locale, vista charming siu Piazza del Plebiscito. Quality report 'correct price in relation to the quality ' of the gastronomic proposal (and enological) and tone of the local. Right in front of the Gambrinus, with windows overlooking Palazzo Reale and Piazza del Plebiscito, on the first floor of an elegant corner building of Via Chiai... read more Right in front of the Gambrinus, with windows overlooking Palazzo Reale and Piazza del Plebiscito, on the first floor of an elegant corner building of Via Chiaia is Garo. A staircase leads to this sophisticated local, where you can taste contemporary interpretations of traditional bell cuisine. Careful service, but never asphyxiating, ready to give directions on the dishes where you request it. Impiattamento ineccepibile in crockery of taste, on a pleasantly minimal table. We start from the bread, entirely produced in the kitchen, with reinterpretations of ancient flavors of the territory, served warm. Rather extended menu to guide us in which we chose a tasting (of land), formed by five courses to which we add a courtesy dish and an exquisite pressert. Of all dishes, characterized by a high level of quality, we point out “Napoletana or Genoese?”, an experience we recommend to all. Non-kilometric wine charter but with good labels and an honest embroidery. We can only recommend the visit.
