Taco Bell - Naples

Terrible. I waited several months to post this and visited several times to confirm. I've witnessed them close earlier than stated online yet still serve those that are not white in the drive-through. In the store I can stand at the counter ready to place an order for 10-15 minutes and get looked at several times but get no service whatsoever yet the moment someone speaking Spanish comes up they run to the counter and serve them instantly, even calling them over from the self serve kiosks to help them order. As I'm writing this, I witnessed them do this to an elderly white gentleman, left him standing there as they brought someone else's food up, spoke with them in Spanish and walked off without even acknowledging the elderly gentleman as he's obviously asking for help.EDIT- They also left out an entire order.

I like this Taco Bell location they serve good food and the food looks nice. I know that tacos can only look so good but when they take care to wrap them neatly and make sure that the stuff isn't just thrown in there it makes a big difference. The only complaint I have is they worry about the drive-thru and will leave you sitting inside for quite a while before they decide to come help you. Other than that the restaurant is very nice the atmosphere is inviting the service is good with the exception of the drive-thru and the employees take pride in their jobs and the food they serve.

They have changed their menu. They discontinued the two burritos that my wife and I usually order. They also raised their prices and did away with the $5 meal box as well.

Bean burrito plus beef had a sprinkle of each... the tortilla was twice the weight of the filling... at least it was hot!
