The staff is friendly and respectful. The menu offers a great variety, and you have the option to create your own combinations of ingredients.
I ordered my usual tuna sandwich. However, the scooping tool he used was the smallest I’ve ever seen. He barely scooped any tuna, and then, using a knife, he scraped the scant amount off the scooper, leaving me with hardly any tuna on my sub. When he finally put it in the sandwich, it was so squished that it was almost unnoticeable. Then he aggressively pressed the sub down onto the vegetables, topping it with exactly eight pieces of spinach. When I asked if I could have a bit more, he looked at me as if I had asked him to perform a monumental task. He begrudgingly added four or five more spinach leaves. I want to bring this to the attention of the restaurant management: the employee's attitude was off-putting and has likely cost you a customer. The sandwich was unsatisfactory, and the overall experience was disappointing. It's clear that he needs to improve his customer service skills.
The service could improve by being more attentive to customer needs, but overall it was good.
Customer service is honestly the best, they are so fast and efficient. I also recommend the BBQ Rib Sub! This is the best invention subway has ever come.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but I guess the minimum is one. I was feeling hungry and wanted to grab a quick bite to take home. According to the website, the store closes at 9 PM, so I arrived at 8:15 PM. The door was open, but when I walked in, an employee said they were already closed. Really? Closed 45 minutes before the posted closing time? It would be frustrating to be the owner and find out that my staff isn’t willing to work their shifts, resulting in lost sales. The employee was still there, getting paid, but not making any money for the business. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning to this place. Instead, I went to Five Guys.
The man who made my sandwich was miserable. He did not smile, greet me or have any sense of pride in his work. The bread he gave me was the other half of another which was definitely smaller than 6 inches and stale. Overall, not impressed with the serviceor food at this location.
If you're okay with paying $12 for a bread sandwich that's mostly just lettuce and sauce, then this is the place for you. The sandwich had minimal filling, and the steak was cold.
I ordered online, and my order was completely incorrect. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, so there was no excuse for the mix-up. I used to work at Subway, and you're supposed to put a generous handful of lettuce on a footlong, but they only sprinkled a little on. I requested extra cucumbers because that’s all my son eats in his sandwich, but they only added four slices when you should have at least six. The cucumbers also seemed old; they were so soft that I could bend and roll them up. Last I checked, cucumbers shouldn't be that flimsy. I don’t know if this is due to a stingy owner or if the staff needs retraining, but something definitely needs to change. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
On Sunday, September 25, 2022, I ordered a subway sandwich and was disappointed to find that the employee only added three pieces of lettuce. When I politely requested a little more, he gave me a look as if I was being bothersome. I also asked for a soda, and he promptly told me there was no ice and that the soda wasn't very cold, but insisted it was still fine. Throughout the whole experience, it felt like he was more interested in his phone than in helping me. I definitely won't be going back to this place.

I think there’s a manager at this location who remembers my name and my favorite orders every time I visit. It’s such a pleasure to have such attentive customer service, which is rare nowadays. The food is always delicious, and the prices are reasonable. This Subway location is always clean and provides fresh vegetables. I will definitely be returning!
