Steak 'n Shake - Naples

The restaurant recently reopened after installing some touch screens. You now use them to place the orders. The recept comes out from the bottom and you wait to pickup your order when your number is called. The food was tasty but the burger patties were very thin. Be sure to either order many toppings or get 2 or 3 patties for your meal.

They got a touch screen now to place your orders and taken away yet another job.. limited options to customize your orders. But still the same good food comes out. I always get Togo or drive through the atmosphere does not feel that inviting anymore good luck finding clean tables as well

My entire office smelled like burnt toast as soon as I opened the bag. How do you send this sandwich out to a customer? A blind person would have known this was burnt.

Absolutely loved my banan shaker with burger and ridden. the restaurant looked really clean. although the restaurant was super busy, the service was great. the young weekend manager sommer kept this place really smooth, even if it was hectic that I could see. definitiw will go back to the steak and shake. will continue to do a Saturday night thing.

Was hoping for a positive experience but that didn’t happen. Placed an order and asked for a meat patty on the side no bun. Received our order, drove away (my bad for not checking the order, I guess) and when it was time for lunch, we received only a bun with ketchup on it no meat or anything else. Checked the bag again thinking maybe they put the meat in a separate package and I missed it, but nope nothing. So sad.
